RealPlayer cannot copy pictures to Apple devices. Palm devices must be set to "USB drive" mode. Windows attempts to use RealPlayer with Palm devices that are set to "Media Sync" mode. The Copy to Device feature only works with the devices that appear under the Copy to menu in the Library, RealPlayer Converter, or RealPlayer Downloader.
